Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Middletown Arts Center
130 N. Verity Parkway, Middletown Ohio 45042
Reports to: Executive Director
Works with: Executive Director, Staff and Instructors

Schedule:
Part time: Approximately 15 hours weekly, to include Monday mornings, and Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Periodic Friday evenings or Saturday mornings (for events/workshops).
Hours: Mondays 9:30am-1:00pm, Wednesday & Thursday 3:00pm-8:30pm

General and customer service:
• Perform arts center support duties such as answering phones, administrative tasks and assisting in class registrations
• Works with students, instructors, board members, staff, volunteers and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor
• Works with staff to maintain class needs (waitlists, cancelations, etc.)
Required Skills, Abilities and Experience:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Passion for Art Education and sharing art experiences with the community
• Ease in meeting people and building new relationships
• Expert use of Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in website administration preferred: regular maintenance and product updates
• Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred
