Students will learn to use different papers, special brushes, and inks to paint beautiful flowers. This 3,000 year old style has been used in the same way to create the essence and spirit of nature. Find a fresh, new way to communicate through ‘the way of the brush’.
 
Jean Vance, MFA, MA, has that rare combination of being a talented artist and a gifted teacher; and she especially enjoys introducing adults to the fun of painting. She has studied Chinese Brush Painting since 1982 and served as the demonstrating artist with the First Ohio Trade Fair in China.
 
Jean believes using the brush in a new manner will influence students to experiment within their own artistic expressions.
